Miyabi is a modern, bright and authentic Japanese restaurant adorned with simple but elegant décor. Service is discreet but friendly, supporting a skilled force of chefs and their handiwork.
The restaurant has four distinct areas – an elegantly adorned dining hall, a sushi bar, two teppanyaki tables and three private dining rooms that are ideal for family gatherings, business events or entertaining guests with Japanese flair.
In keeping with Japanese tradition, skilled chefs will prepare sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki dishes before your very eyes, providing a personalized service with cheerful professionalism. Miyabi is one of the few establishments in Singapore which receives four air flown deliveries per week of fresh fish from Japan.
Japanese cuisine is renowned the world over for its beautiful presentation. Miyabi's menus are prepared accordingly and reflect the full spectrum of the freshest sushi, sashimi, luncheon and dinner sets, seasonal specialities as well as the most lavish Kaiseki meals. Perennial favourites are Wagyu beef cooked at the Teppanyaki table by our friendly chefs and Hokkaido snow crab leg Tempura. Miyabi's chefs are always ready to create personalized menus on request.
