The Chinese Restaurant harmoniously combines the timeless flavours of traditional Cantonese cuisine with modern, light, healthy influences and delightful presentation. This restaurant offers a wide variety of exquisite Dim Sum as well as a la carte, vegetarian and set menus.
Apart from Cantonese cuisine, dishes from other regions of China such as Szechuan, Shanghai and Chiu Chow are featured as occasional specials. With its charming, refined atmosphere and calming decoration, it's an ideal venue to linger with friends and associates over a perfect meal.
Its team of chefs are renowned for creating sublime modern and innovative dishes such as the Stir fried lobster with egg white, Braised sea perch roll with goose liver and Sautéed diced vegetables and pine seed in capsicum, that continue to please Members’ palates regularly.
The restaurant is also equipped with multi-functional and flexible private VIP rooms that cater to the most important social and business celebrations and offer a wide variety of specially crafted menus, served with aplomb and a detailed list of quality wines from all over the world.
