Terms and Conditions:

Termination Policy: Members must provide a notice (cancellation form) a month prior to the month of termination. Should there be any change in or cancellation of appointments, 50% of lesson fees are chargeable.

Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons: Members must give a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE should there be any change in or cancellation of appointments. 50% of lesson fees are chargeable for late cancellations.

Make up Lessons: 1. Members are to produce an MC when ill. Make up lessons are only applicable when MC is handed in. 2. In case of bad weather (as decided by management) a make up lesson will be scheduled. 3. No shows will not be entitled to a make up lesson and will be charged for the lesson.

Group Lessons: No refund, pro-rate of fees or replacement classes will be entertained for unattended sessions.

In the event of 5th week in a month, Coaching Fees will be adjusted accordingly.

The Management reserves the rights to reschedule sessions due to unforseen circumstances without prior notice.

The Management accepts no responsibility for any accidents that may occur through participation in the classes under any circumstances whatsoever.

All group classes will be billed on per term basis.

In line with the latest government safe distancing measures, all group lessons are conducted with 5 children or less per coach.
