GUEST SERVICE OFFICER

 
Job Scope:
  • Responsible for daily room reservation
  • Responsible for the check in/out of guests
  • Responsible for the overall communication system of the club
  • Answers telephone and process inquiry.  Connects calls to other departments  when necessary. 
  • Control of the carpark pay-station machine
  • Handles movie reservations and issuance of tickets
  • Handles business centre services

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum one year experience
    in hospitality or tourism environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.  Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must be able to work shifts
