• Responsible for taking the restaurant reservation and answering telephone calls
• Checks daily reservation and allocate table number
• Greets and ushers members/guests to the respective table
• Sets table according to established procedure standards
• Ensures that members/guests are served promptly
• Familiarizes herself with the menus and do suggestive selling
• Takes orders and recommends food and beverage or other promotion within the outlet
  

Job Requirements:

• Secondary 2 GCE O level or equivalent
• Must be people oriented
• Polite and pleasant disposition
• Must know basic serving etiquette
• Neat in appearance
• Able to do shift duties
