• Ensures that all members/guests are served promptly
• Greets and ushers members/guests to their tables, presents drink list or menu and do suggestive selling
• Familiar with drinks and the proper cutleries with which to serve
• Clear and reset tables
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable)
• Provides members’ feedback to Supervisor regarding food quality, presentation and servings
• Demonstrates familiarity with all job tasks in the designated area
• Promote good relationships with Club members and their guests

Job Requirements:

• Secondary 2 GCE O level or equivalent
• Able to speak and understand English
• Must be people oriented
• Friendly and pleasant disposition
• Neat in appearance
• Able to do shift duties
