• Name of ferry: Sejahtera Pertama (capacity: 169).
• Ferry schedule subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions & the resort will not be liable for any compensation.
• Shuttle transfers from Redang Jetty to Resort are provided for guests paying the ferry fare directly to the Resort. Otherwise, a charge of RM5.00 per person per way will be levied.
• Sejahtera Ferry Services provides a point to point transfer for guests & luggages.
• Berjaya Redang Beach Resort's responsibility covers ferry reservations only.
