All the above packages include the following items:

		Use of the Overhead Projector or Slide Projector with screen
		Use of a flipchart and whiteboard with markers
		Stationery, iced water and mints for all participants
		Lectern with microphone
		Complimentary Parking for 20% of the confirmed numbers of seminar guests
		If attendance is less than the minimum requirement, a nominal room rental of $350.00+ per hour will be levied.

	Price quoted is based on a minimum attendance of 30 persons.
	If attendance is less than the minimum requirement, price will vary.
