	The Dining Room serves an interesting menu of classical continental cuisine with some Asian "Fusion" influences evident in some dishes. Renowned dishes include the Chef's version of Australian Lamb rack, gently roasted and served with a Morel and Port Sauce, as well as the light, fluffy Club-made Cheesecake with summer berry confit.

A Renaissance style restaurant that is generously furnished with silver, crystal, linen and lace, it is altogether a gastronomic experience not to be missed.

Aside from being the chosen venue of many celebrated social and birthday gatherings, The Dining Room also takes great pride in its exquisite and distinct wine collection of both old and new world wines, carefully selected for quality and variety.

Renowned for its distinctive ambience, The Dining Room has two elegant private rooms - Lafite and Margaux, which can accommodate up to 12 people for formal lunch or dinner functions complete with customized menus.

These rooms are also available for small corporate meetings, birthday celebrations or business luncheons. A dedicated team of professional wait staff attends to each Member's and guest's individual needs and requirements.

Dress Code

(Mondays - Saturdays)
•	No bermudas, or shorts, slippers or track shoes
•	For Men – No sandals, sleeveless or round neck short sleeved t-shirts

(Sunday - Public Holidays)
•	Sports shoes, sandals and round-necked short-sleeved t-shirts are allowed for men. Slippers, shorts and sleeveless t-shirts are not.
